An Al Mazrah Love Story
Our Story
It all started in Al Mazrah
Like all 30-somethings, this love story begins on Call of Duty.
The Universe was actually working overtime; Agustin befriended 3 different people in Jess' regular squad before the two were introduced in a quads Warzone match.
The first thing Jess ever said to Agustin was, "If you're trying to impress me, you're not doing a good job" and then bought him back in multiple times since he kept dying.
Quad matches turned to Duos
Their chemistry was immediate, but it took months of playing together with the larger group to start having one-on-one conversations.
Over time their K/Ds improved and they fell in love.
Just one little problem
Though they were in the same server, they weren't actually close to each other. When they met, Agustin and Jess lived 12 hours apart. Jess, being in Wisconsin, was more than willing to move south to a land without snow, but Agustin loved the cold and made the long drive up from Arkansas to meet. It took 12 hours of driving with a broken window in the rain, but it was worth it.
...the rest is history
After that moment they were inseparable, as he never went back to Arkansas. They started building their life together with their dogs Cricket and Coco, and still playing Call of Duty regularly.
The story continues
Today their family has grown to include Agustin's niece, his mom, and her dog.

Questions We've Gotten
Yeah, no, sort of?
Call of Duty is the reason we're together and a part of our lives, so we want to incorproate it. You don't need to play CoD to attend though.
That is no problem at all. You can stay and mingle when the CoD party begins, or head back home.
There is one hotel in Oregon (the suburb we live in), the Sleep Inn & Suites.
Hilton offers a handful of hotel options within a 15 minute drive (very uber-able)
This isn't an overly formal event, no tux and formalwear required, but please come looking presentable.
The best airport to fly into is Madison, WI. Second closest is Milwaukee, WI, followed by Chicago.
